• Teksell Small Business Solution

This solution is designed for our smaller businesses that need an affordable service and have a less complex network. Teksell's network consultant will perform monthly maintenance checkups, assist with desktop/workstation issues and provide recommendations for any additional hardware or software needs. This service will carry a monthly fee of $49, plus an hourly charge for actual time on site.
(2 hour monthly minimum)

• Teksell Contract IT Manager

This solution will provide a Senior Network Consultant that will be assigned to your account as your very own IT/Network Manager. Your Contract IT Manager will meet with you and your IT staff on a regular basis and provides the guidance and technical leadership for any size company, needing short or long term IT management. This service carries a monthly fee of $79, plus an additional hourly charge.
(2 hour monthly minimum)

• Teksell Corporate Administrator

This solution is for the larger organizations that face ongoing network/computer issues on a weekly or even daily basis. Teksell will assign a qualified Network Engineer to your company, that will be there weekly to take care of computer and network issues. The network engineer will also proactively manage your network, trying to alleviate any potential network problems before they occur. This solution is very efficient and effective. This service carries a hourly charge with a weekly minimum.

Teksell REMOTE SERVICES

Teksell offers this remote service as a perfect complement to our on-site services. Teksell's remote services provide a cost effective solution to managing any size network for a company with limited full time IT staff.

Teksell Virtual Network Management

Your assigned network consultant will access your file servers remotely to perform a "health check-up" on a weekly basis. They will then review all event logs for errors relating to data backups, disk utilization, virus attacks and collect critical performance data. This service will carry a fee per server/per month, plus a one time setup fee per server.
